Given the challenging market for Seattle buyers, I worked with her for almost a year and through multiple bidding wars- winning my new home, which is perfect for me and she helped to negotiate a great price with thoughtful advice based on her experience and pulse on recent transactions in the immediate area. Sarah- Cate is warm, responsive, very well-versed in the market, and always went the extra mile for me. Sarah-Cate helped us both and sell within Seattle's crazy market and we were incredibly thankful for her patience, expertise, and insane amount of skill with navigating through the entire process.

For buying - Sarah-Cate put up with us constantly looking at properties all across the board. Since we were unsure of what neighborhoods we wanted, we toured a LOT of houses. Sarah-Cate was able to book us appointments and meet us same day for almost all of them (which is especially impressive considering the additional restrictions for COVID). She would proactively reach out to the seller's agent and get us things like the inspection, sewer report, and seller's disclosure if we were super interested in a place to make sure we had an informed decision about moving forward or not. 

When we finally DID find a place to purchase, Sarah-Cate spent almost a full day at the property to work with the inspector, to get the sewer scoped and to make sure we felt comfortable with making our offer with as much information as we could get. Thankfully we only had to make a single offer on a single home thanks to her and her team's insights into the market, what to expect for escalations, and what we should steer clear from (we almost bought a house with a rock holding up one corner of the foundation until she and her team talked us out of it! That would have been a disaster). She helped us get through the closing process with no issues, and even bought us a wonderful "welcome home" gift as we moved in. 

After we bought, we moved and put our other place up for sale and I think this is where Sarah-Cate shines even more (if that was possible). She has AMAZING taste and was able to help us find a home stager that made the place look absolutely stunning. On top of that, she made all of the marketing materials, hired an amazing photographer and got our home in perfect condition for the sale in a WEEK (so fast). When the house went on the market, she stayed in constant communication about number of visitors, how interested certain parties were, and what we should expect given the amount of folks coming through. We had an offer review date for a week later, but had so many offers we ended up closing early - and selling in CASH.

TL;DR - Sarah-Cate is professional, courteous, extremely responsive, has amazing contacts for everything you need to finance, inspect, stage, photograph and buy and sell your home! She's awesome (which explains why she's part of the Awesome Nossum group...).
