On top of that, she made all of the marketing materials, hired an amazing photographer and got our home in perfect condition for the sale in a WEEK (so fast). When the house went on the market, she stayed in constant communication about number of visitors, how interested certain parties were, and what we should expect given the amount of folks coming through. We had an offer review date for a week later, but had so many offers we ended up closing early - and selling in CASH. TL;DR - Sarah-Cate is professional, courteous, extremely responsive, has amazing contacts for everything you need to finance, inspect, stage, photograph and buy and sell your home!
