    We recently had the pleasure of working with Sarah-Cate throughout the process of selling our townhome and purchasing our new house. Throughout the selling process, we were consistently amazed at how much she made us feel like we were her only customers, when we knew we weren’t!We were regularly updated on the status of viewings and interested buyers, and always kept in the loop about changes to the market. SC’s list of contacts for stagers and contractors is impressive, and easy to conform to any budget. We had very few comps to the townhome in our area, so through much of the process we would have been flying blind if it wasn’t for placing 100% trust in SC’s expertise. In the end, we were thrilled to have found lovely buyers who came in at our asking price, and we couldn’t have been happier! When we were finally able to start looking for houses, SC made the process simple and painless. We again put full trust in her as we navigated the market. Her keen eye for details helped us weed out homes that seemed to be in our price range at first look, but would have ended up sinking our budget in the long run. When we happened upon our eventual home, SC’s assertiveness got us a viewing immediately, two days earlier than scheduled. We fell in love with the home right away, and were grateful for SC being with us to verify it was the real deal. She went above and beyond for us, befriending the sellers and helping us strike a deal in order to avoid a bidding war we wouldn’t have been able to win.     Sarah-Cate helped us both and sell within Seattle's crazy market and we were incredibly thankful for her patience, expertise, and insane amount of skill with navigating through the entire process. For buying - Sarah-Cate put up with us constantly looking at properties all across the board.Since we were unsure of what neighborhoods we wanted, we toured a LOT of houses. Sarah-Cate was able to book us appointments and meet us same day for almost all of them (which is especially impressive considering the additional restrictions for COVID). She would proactively reach out to the seller's agent and get us things like the inspection, sewer report, and seller's disclosure if we were super interested in a place to make sure we had an informed decision about moving forward or not. When we finally DID find a place to purchase, Sarah-Cate spent almost a full day at the property to work with the inspector, to get the sewer scoped and to make sure we felt comfortable with making our offer with as much information as we could get. Thankfully we only had to make a single offer on a single home thanks to her and her team's insights into the market, what to expect for escalations, and what we should steer clear from (we almost bought a house with a rock holding up one corner of the foundation until she and her team talked us out of it! That would have been a disaster). She helped us get through the closing process with no issues, and even bought us a wonderful "welcome home" gift as we moved in. After we bought, we moved and put our other place up for sale and I think this is where Sarah-Cate shines even more (if that was possible). She has AMAZING taste and was able to help us find a home stager that made the place look absolutely stunning. On top of that, she made all of the marketing materials, hired an amazing photographer and got our home in perfect condition for the sale in a WEEK (so fast). When the house went on the market, she stayed in constant communication about number of visitors, how interested certain parties were, and what we should expect given the amount of folks coming through. We had an offer review date for a week later, but had so many offers we ended up closing early - and selling in CASH. TL;DR - Sarah-Cate is professional, courteous, extremely responsive, has amazing contacts for everything you need to finance, inspect, stage, photograph and buy and sell your home! She's awesome (which explains why she's part of the Awesome Nossum group...). If we ever buy and sell again, you better believe we'll be repeat customers.

Sarah Cate helped us get connected with a local lender and she patiently walked us through the steps from “sold searching”, inspection, looking for signs of problems,commenting on the quality of construction to details of negotiation and making an offer. She is very intuitive, professional, responsive and always on top of things. Although house hunting could be very tiring, it never felt like a drag because Sarah Cate was really fun to work with. She’s got great energy and you know she really likes what she does. We never felt forced to make an offer and she respects our needs and preference. When we finally found the house for us, the whole negotiation and closing was a breeze.
